You will receive a confirmation email for your donation, which serves as your receipt.
5. Bee Adoption Gift Vouchers
Bee adoption gift vouchers represent a symbolic adoption of a solitary bee habitat.
They do not imply ownership of bees or hives.
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and are non-refundable.
6. Payments
All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. IBCP does not store or access your card details.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations of memberships can be requested by contacting info@ibcp.ie, but refunds are not offered for unused periods or digital products unless legally required.
8. 3D Printing Files – Solitary Bee Lodge
The Irish Bee Conservation Project, in collaboration with University College Cork (UCC) and Munster Technological University (MTU) Schools of Architecture, has developed a 3D-printed Solitary Bee Lodge to support and raise awareness of Ireland’s native solitary bees.

The 3D files made available for download on our website were created and supplied by UCC and MTU Schools of Architecture as part of a collaborative educational and conservation initiative.
These files are intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
Users download and print the files at their own risk, and IBCP, UCC, and MTU accept no liability for the quality, function, or structural safety of 3D-printed lodges made from these designs.
The lodges are designed specifically for cavity-nesting solitary bees, which prefer enclosed tubes to lay their eggs.
Please ensure appropriate materials and environmental placement to support bee wellbeing and safety.
